His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence earned him the prestigious Presidential Awards from the President of India, His Excellency Shankar Dayal Sharma, in both 1994 and 1995, recognizing his outstanding contribution to the highest export of granites and marbles from India.
In the early 2000s, Mr. Patel expanded his horizons into the real estate sector, showcasing his sharp business acumen. Today, he proudly owns a substantial land bank in India, a testament to his strategic foresight and leadership. His foray into the construction industry has been equally impactful, with successful execution of numerous residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the country.
Mr. Patel's business prowess extends beyond real estate and construction. His diversified portfolio encompasses key sectors such as building materials, lumber, pharmaceuticals, decorative laminates and more. Under Mr. Patel's guidance, TerraEvo Holdings has successfully expanded its operations in both the USA and the UAE, providing lumber and other essential building materials for multiple projects in these countries.

Mr. Tareque Pirzada is the current CEO of Terra Evo Holdings, a UAE-based investment holding company that focuses on diverse sectors such as real estate, construction, and renewable energy. He has over 30 years of experience in global business, particularly in the fields of sales, business development, and finance. Pirzada is known for his ability to create business and financial models that facilitate capital raising for projects worldwide, including both greenfield (new projects) and brownfield (existing projects) ventures.
In his role at Terra Evo, Pirzada has overseen the company's expansion in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and North American regions. His focus has been on providing innovative financial solutions and structuring deals that help regional developers complete projects efficiently. He has also been instrumental in setting Terra Evo's strategic vision to establish a strong presence in both the UAE and the USA.

Mr. Ashwin Vijaya Kumar is a seasoned investment professional with a track record of over 25 years in diverse sectors, particularly excelling in the start-up ecosystem, international private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. With a focus on technology-enabled ventures, he has played integral roles in the establishment and growth of numerous start-ups across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and India, spanning logistics, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. Noteworthy achievements include mentoring ventures in various fields such as education technology, agri-tech, and alternative green investments, contributing significantly to their success.
Mr. Kumar's expertise extends to sourcing, structuring, executing, and exiting early-stage to growth private equity investments, totaling over $2 billion. His extensive transaction experience spans across continents, including Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia, covering sectors like aviation, education, healthcare, technology, real estate, and financial services. Furthermore, Mr. Kumar's impact goes beyond deal-making, as he actively engages in post-acquisition management, driving value creation initiatives. He is adept at process enhancement and CRM supervision, collaborating closely with lead engineers to innovate and adapt to market trends and is recognized for identifying new revenue streams and managing both domestic and international field sales teams. Mr. Shaikh brings to the table 35 years of international business experience and specializes in business facilitation, deal structuring, fundraising and marketing. Mr. Shaikh has been in the forefront of strategizing and leading multiple industry verticals including manufacturing, IT and fintech ventures in their foray into GCC markets and has been chiefly instrumental in enabling them to establish a strong ecosystem of channel partners in the region. The business acumen garnered over the years has enabled Mr. Shaikh to successfully execute transactions covering sectors such as education, healthcare, technology, real estate and IT. Mr. Shaikh in the capacity as a strategic advisor and mentor to the board of multiple companies across the region has nurtured them to exponential growth. Real estate has been a core domain for Mr. Shaikh for the past two decades with successful exits for a plethora of projects including many villas complexes and high-rise towers. Dr. Samir Mohamed Yusuf, widely known as @DubaiAirKing, is a dynamic entrepreneur and executive leader with over two decades of experience across luxury aviation, real estate advisory, health, and emerging technologies. With academic credentials in Fitness & Sports Science from Westminster Kingsway College (London) and a Bachelor’s in Dentistry from KMC (India), Dr. Samir brings a multidisciplinary perspective to innovation and strategic growth.
